Introduction of Roots Vacuum Pump Blower:
This product is a three-blade Vacuum blower. The inner rotor is machined by CNC four-axis simultaneously, and the accuracy is high so that the accurate rotor gap can be obtained, thereby improving the performance of the blower. In addition, the pulsation of the air from the three-blade blower is small, so the bearing vibration is small, and the noise is relatively reduced.
Generally, the blower uses more butter and oil for lubrication, which is inconvenient in maintenance. Longtech-LT blower-designed with double oil tanks, which makes it more convenient for maintenance users to use only oil for lubrication. In addition, the lubrication and heat dissipation effect of engine oil is better than that of butter, so it can increase the life of bearings and gears.
The Applications of Roots Vacuum Pump blower:
1. Adsorption of processed objects:
Small non-magnetic objects such as wood chips and plastics are fixed on the processing table.
2. Dehydration:
Dewatering project in paper fiber industry.
3. Suction conveyor:
It saves time and effort to move items by suction.
4. Filter:
Strong vacuum suction can shorten the time to pass through the filter.
5. Sweeper:
Dust collectors in textile mills, dyeing and finishing plants, and fiber mills.
