Double Conveyors High Speed Fully Automatic Logs Cutting Machine
High Speed Double Conveyors Logs Cutting Machine is used for cutting the paper logs into short size, like 10cm-600cm length, which will improve the production automation and efficiency. The Log Saw Machine Adopts advanced servo driving system, frequency conversion speed regulating, PLC control and touching screen operation.
Functions and Features:
1. Automatic knife sharpening system, and can automatically lubricate the blade regularly.
2. The sharpening wheel can be automatically adjusted to sharpen the knife according to the degree of wear of the blade.
3. The roll paper is automatically fed into the paper cutter by the rewinder for cutting, and then automatically sent out.
4. The cut paper head, paper tail, etc. can be automatically separated from the genuine paper roll.
5. Equipped with two sets of paper clamping channels, which can produce toilet paper and kitchen paper respectively. The replacement of the paper jam channel is convenient and time-saving.
