Applications

12-channel (30-120 pieces) baby wipes machine mainly produces disposable household cleaning wipes or baby wipes. There is no human contact in the production process, and it is all done automatically on the equipment. The products are hygienic, safe and high in production efficiency.

Main Features:

1. Full servo design, scientific and compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.
2. Designed according to CE standards, with safety protection door, emergency stop and related protection system.
3. It adopts pipe spray type liquid feeding. The liquid feeding system includes a continuous stirring system and a circulating system. The liquid feeding amount can be adjusted, and the maximum liquid feeding flow rate is 20 liters/min.
4. Adjustable bag maker with gusset device.
5. Safety protection system: emergency braking system, blade safety, glass door protection. Automatic alarm when the material is cut off.

Control System:

1. Electrical control mode: man-machine interface touch screen, jog operation, servo drive control. Japan's Mitsubishi control system.
2. Drive control mechanism: the active shaft adopts a coupling, and the multi-axis servo motor is accurately driven.
