Functions and Features:
This Production Line consists of fully automatic rewinding machine, log accumulator and automatic band saw machine. You will get the final single roller from this line which move fluently and run stably. It’s used to process the roller automatically and save labors, reducing labor intensity, so it’s best solution for making the toilet paper &Kitchen Towel.
1. Automatic Paper Tension Control System, driven by independent variable frequency motors, fitting different paper tensions.
2. Big embossment rollers make the pattern clear, polyurethane rubber rollers is more elastic and service longer life.
3. Unique design glue lamination device, can dip the color glue onto the paper, make the finished paper delicate and classy, and meet different demands of clients. Embossment roller is controlled by the Hydraulic motor; you can adjust the embossment roller and glue rollers easily in the PLC.
4. High-precision with four spiral punching knife roller is efficient and with low noise.
5. Unique suede belt driving system, with low noise, easy to adjust and finished log tension is adjustable.
6. Complete machine is Integral Steel wallboard structure, strong and stable, small vibration, service longer life.
7. Paper conveying roller is with heating system, help drying the log after lamination.
8. Machine can connect with automatic accumulator and band saw machine

Option1: Automatic Band Saw : for Φ90-120mm or Φ150-300mm
Main Features:
This equipment is used to cut toilet paper and kitchen paper.
It adopts PLC programming control, large screen true color man-machine interface operation, precise servo control feeding length, mechatronics control and other international advanced technologies, which can automatically detect every key action and have a complete fault information prompt system to enable the entire production line Achieve the best working condition.
1. The main motor is independently driven by a frequency converter, and the feeding motor uses a high-precision servo system to ensure the quality of the finished product.
2. The cutting length can be automatically calculated according to the length of the raw material and the cutting quantity, which can be set on the touch screen.
3. The cut-out paper heads and tails are automatically sorted.
4. Automatic knife sharpening system: the use of front steel saw blade and emery wheel to improve the efficiency of knife sharpening, the cutting surface is smooth, without burrs, which not only reduces the defective rate, but also prolongs the service life of the saw blade.
5. When the paper cuts continuously, the equipment will automatically stop and prompt to adjust the feed depth on the interface
6. After the knife is broken, it will automatically stop and alarm, equipped with a safety protection door.

High Speed Toilet Paper Kitchen Roller Double Channel Log Saw Machine is used for cutting the toilet paper roller and kitchen towel paper rollers. It can cut the paper logs into short size, like 10cm-25cm length, which will improve the production automation and efficiency. The Log Saw Machine Adopts advanced servo driving system, frequency conversion speed regulating, PLC control and touching screen operation.
