Equipment Structure & Character

1. This machine is used for cutting jumbo roll paper, emboss on the paper, and then napkin automatically counted and come out by folding.  
2. Various embossment patterns can be decided by customers.
3. 0~3colors printing can be equipped as per customers' choice.
4. Stepless adjustment is adopted to unwind the jumbo roll. The whole machine works synchronously, which can be speeded up immediately and have high efficiency.
5. As per request, auto counting and outputting in alignment can be materialized.
6. Bearing, electric components and synchronous belt are domestic famous brands

Machine operation progress：
1. Jumbo roll paper can be loading by conveyors automatically; paper tension can be adjusted easily.
2. The folding roller adopts automatic stop protection device, when it’s wrapped by scrap paper, the system can be stop automatically.
3. After embossment roller, the paper will be cut and separated by cutter.
4. The two strips paper passing triangle plate, be folding by two up-down layers.
5. The conveyor rollers feeding the paper into folding rollers (up and down ,2sets) separately, then napkin is cut by band saw, so you will get 4 lines from the outlets.

Terms and conditions:
Delivery time: 30-45 working days after receive you down payment
Payment: prepay 30% T/T as down payment, 70% T/T before shipment
Checking: customer can come to factory to check machine before delivery time.
PACKING:  machine surface cover PE film, then pack by seaworthy wooden packing.
 
The guarantee is one year
 
After service:
 
1. The guarantee is one year. After the machine arrive the buyer’s factory, if the buyer requests,  the seller has to send the engineer to the buy’s factory to install and test the machine, and offer training for the buyer’s engineer about 5-10days. The buyer should pay the round trip ticket, hotel, food, local traffic and salary USD80 per day for each seller’s engineer.
 
2. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional technician, not in maintenance scope.
 
3. The seller will offer lifetime consultation service. If the machine has any problem while it
is out of guarantee, and the buyer need the seller’s engineer to maintain, the buyer should pay the round trip ticket, hotel, food, local traffic and salary USD80 per day for each seller’s engineer.
