Part1:Folding Machine

FS-V-200 Automatic Facial Tissue Folding Machine is for slitting the jumbo roll, embossing, folding the tissue paper then get the interfolded (V-folding) tissue paper. This Machine adopts variable frequency motor for driving the paper, automatic paper tension control, automatic marking and counting.

1. Main Machine is made from wall panel steel; make sure it’s stable and steady when the machine is running with high speed.

2．Jumbo Roll Lift adapt pneumatic loading jumbo roll , tissue paper threading by electric jog buttons, Tissue paper tension can be controlled by the step less adjuster

3. Automatic Stop when Paper breaking, in case of making waste products.

4. Embossment Rolls: steel to rubber is Pneumatic Control (can be ordered) you can choose the favorite pattern.

5. Automatic Jog and emergency stop buttons located at front and back of the machine head

6. Adopt Root vacuum Pump system, huge air volume and stable.

7. It adopts the advanced magic eye detecting system, PLC controlling and frequency speed controlling.
